• Orders are sent within two working days after payment has been received for products that are in stock. If a product is not currently in stock or not immediately available from our supplier, customers will be notified within 24 hours of the expected delay. In the event that a product can not be supplied within the time frame required by the customer, we will refund their account for the full amount.
• Products can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Diners card, JCB or American Express using our online merchant account facility. There are no additional charges incurred with the use of our online merchant account.
• We do not accept cheques or money orders.
• Orders are posted by Air Mail internationally and via Australia Regular Post domestically. Delivery time is expected within 7-10 working days for international orders and up to 7 working days for Australian orders.
• The transaction currency is in Australian Dollars and orders are confirmed with the total cost of purchase in Australian dollars. Please note that your credit card company may charge additional transactions fees for the currency conversion.
• Insurance is FREE for orders over $500.00 AUD for international deliveries, but optional for Australian orders.

Replacement of Damaged Products
If products received are found to be damaged in transit, a request for replacement must be made with 5 working days. A replacement will be dispatched with in two working days without any additional freight costs. Any damaged products must be returned to Pets MightyMart. Full refunds including freight cost will apply only in the event that we can not replace goods with identical products. Orders rejected by customs will be refunded immediately.

Prompt Delivery
We guarantee prompt delivery. If goods are not received with in the time frame specified above Pets MightyMart will make every effort to track it through the Postal System.
